Refund calculator
When a UK subscriber cancels during a cooling-off period, you may keep only the part of the payment that covers what you supplied before they cancelled, and only if you gave the required information. This calculator applies regulations 19 to 21 of the draft 2026 Regulations.
Time basis, counting from the first day of the cooling-off period to the cancellation date inclusive. A proportionate refund is the minimum; you may always refund in full (Guidance §7.3). Refund within 14 days of cancellation to the same payment method (reg 21). Not legal advice.
